long am I covered?
30 days:Your purchase can be returned for a full refund. No questions asked.
180 days:
Full repair warranty for the product including major carpet fraying.
One year:
Full repair warranty on the construction of the product. This does not include carpet fraying.

do I return my product?
For the return of any product, please call BK Pet Necessities at (402) 432-1812 to obtain a return authorization number and UPS account number. Any item sent to us without a return authorization number will not be refunded.
